Edge AI Advisory — An Edge of Company Business
AI that pays off —
not just pilot programs.
The problem
Most companies are stuck between AI hype and real results.
You have sat through vendor demos. Your team has tried tools. You have read the reports. But nothing has stuck — because selecting tools is not the hard part.
The hard part is knowing which workflows to change, in what order, and how to get AI running reliably inside a real operating company with real people, real data, and real risk.
Big consultancies hand you a strategy deck and leave. Solo consultants lack the capacity to follow through. Neither gives you a working system.
"We know AI matters — we just don't know what to build first."
What Edge AI Advisory does differently
From AI confusion to a working system.
- Identify which AI systems are worth building for your specific business
- Create an implementation-ready blueprint, not a slide deck
- Stay through implementation, QA, and measurement
- Recommend tools based on your fit — not ours
Priority use cases
Three AI systems that move the business.
We focus where AI creates durable operating advantage — not demos that impress but don't stick. These three areas are where established companies see the clearest path from effort to outcome.
Customer Support Automation
Reduce response time and support cost by routing, triaging, and resolving common inquiries with AI — while keeping human judgment where it matters. This is not a chatbot. It is a support system that learns your knowledge base.
Lead Research & Sales Operations
Give your sales team hours back each week by automating account research, lead enrichment, and follow-up sequencing. Reps focus on relationships; AI handles the groundwork that slows pipeline velocity.
Internal Knowledge & Search
Stop losing hours to document searches and repeated questions. An internal AI that knows your policies, processes, and institutional memory — and surfaces the right answer with a source link, not a guess.
These three are where we start. After the Readiness Sprint, the opportunity scorecard may surface others specific to your business — or confirm these are right. Either way, you get clarity before commitment.
How we work
Five steps from uncertainty to activation.
The Sprint delivers clarity in 15 business days. The Operational engagement turns that clarity into working systems.
The AI Readiness and Activation Sprint
Step 01
Align
Understand your executive objectives, constraints, risk tolerance, and what success looks like. No assumptions.
Step 02
Map
Conduct a structured inventory of your workflows, systems, data assets, and where friction lives in your operations.
Step 03
Score
Evaluate each opportunity against impact, feasibility, and your data readiness. Produce a prioritized scorecard — honest about tradeoffs.
Step 04
Design
Create a detailed activation blueprint for the highest-priority workflow, including recommended architecture and vendor selection.
Step 05
Activate
Deliver a 90-day activation roadmap and executive readout. You leave with a plan you can execute — with or without us.
Fixed scope. Fixed timeline. You always know where you stand.

A note on vendor independence: Edge evaluates solutions based on each client's requirements. We may recommend implementation partners, including companies with which Edge has a commercial relationship. We disclose those relationships and recommend a partner only when we believe it is appropriate for the client's needs.
Questions
What people ask before starting.
Straightforward answers. If you don't see what you need, the assessment conversation is the right place to ask.
What kind of company is a good fit for Edge AI Advisory?
Established operating companies with 15 or more employees, meaningful workflow complexity, and an executive sponsor who can make decisions. We work best with founders, CEOs, or COOs who know AI matters but haven't found a clear path forward. You don't need a technical team — we provide the expertise. You do need access to your processes, systems, and relevant stakeholders.
What does the AI Readiness and Activation Sprint include?
The Sprint runs 15 business days from kickoff. It includes an executive objectives session, a structured workflow inventory, a prioritized AI opportunity scorecard, a systems and data readiness assessment, a recommended solution architecture, one detailed activation blueprint, a 90-day activation roadmap, and an executive readout. It does not include full production implementation — that's the Operational engagement.
How is the Operational engagement different from the Sprint?
The Operational engagement includes the Sprint but continues for a six-month minimum. After the Sprint, Edge stays with you through implementation — building the systems, connecting the integrations, training your team, monitoring quality, and measuring results. The difference is accountability through delivery, not just through planning.
Do I have to choose a tier before the assessment?
No. The Readiness Assessment conversation is about understanding your business — not signing a contract. We want to understand your situation before recommending a path. You'll have a clear sense of what makes sense after that conversation.
Is Edge AI Advisory tool-specific? Will you lock us into a platform?
No. We are tool-aware but vendor-independent. We recommend tools based on your business requirements, your existing systems, your team's capabilities, and your budget — not because of commercial relationships. When we do have a commercial relationship with a vendor, we disclose it.
What is Coco, mentioned on your site?
Coco is Edge's internal AI operations assistant, used within our own delivery workflows for research, reporting, and document production. It is not a product we resell and not a client-facing platform. It is part of how we operate internally.
What happens after the 90-day roadmap?
If you completed the Fundamentals Sprint, you leave with a complete, implementation-ready plan you can act on internally or bring back to us under the Operational engagement. If you're already in Operational, your 90-day roadmap becomes the first three months of active implementation work.
Do you work with companies outside of Web3 or crypto?
Yes. Our initial outreach is focused on well-funded, operationally complex companies in Web3 and adjacent spaces — but the advisory is industry-neutral. The workflows we address exist in any established B2B business: customer support, sales operations, and internal knowledge management. If you have meaningful operational complexity and a genuine AI question, we want to hear from you.
